Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions are apply to any purchases made with Hey Kiddo Co. Pre-made and made-to-order pieces have slightly different policies as outlined below. Please note, that any bespoke commissions cannot be returned or exchanges unless explicitly agreed to between Hey Kiddo Co. and the buyer. Please contact us on if you wish to discuss your options. 


Processing time

The time needed to prepare and create an order for dispatch varies per item. For details, see individual items. Please contact me if an order is required for a specific date.

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom: Free Delivery 3-5 business days via Hermes

Dispatch estimates are fully tracked and the responsibility of the courier. Hey Kiddo Co. cannot be help accountable for any postage delays, but we will do our best to ensure your parcel arrives on time.

United Kingdom: 1-2 business days via Hermes Express is available for an additional £2.50.


Your items will be packed with 100% recyclable materials which have been made from 100% recyclable materials. We kindly ask that you reuse or recycle any packaging materials we send to you.



Payments can be may securely through Etsy. Etsy accepts PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express as well as Etsy Gift Cards and Credits.


For larger and bespoke orders, these can be paid directly via BACs. A 50% deposit is typically required upfront, please read below for further details.

Returns & Exchanges


If you would like to return your item(s), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. We ask that you retain proof of receipt upon sending any items back.

Please note, buyer will cover the cost of any returns and any original postage paid will not be refunded.

Please note, this policy applies to pre-made items, for any bespoke orders, please read below.


We do not accept exchanges. 


We do not accept cancellations. If there is a mitigating circumstance surrounding your order, please Contact Us and we will try to come to a compromise. 

Bespoke order returns

Bespoke orders cannot be refunded unless the item is missing or has arrived damaged. 

Damaged or Missing Orders

Item has arrived damaged

If your item has arrived damaged, please Contact Us and attach a photograph of both the item(s) and the condition in which the parcel arrived. 

We will either refund the cost of the item(s) or create another piece for you, depending on your preference.

We kindly ask that you return the damaged item to us so that we can create something new from the pieces. We hate to see anything go to waste. Hey Kiddo Co. will cover the cost of return postage in this instance.

Items hasn't been delivered

If you item has not been delivered within 7 days of the dispatch date, please consult the tracking page which is provided to you when your order is posted. 

We will either refund the cost of the item(s) or create another piece for you, depending on your preference.

Bespoke Commissions




For any commissioned piece, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required up front.

Bespoke designs

For any bespoke orders which require a new design/shape, production costs will be calculated as part of your purchase. This includes design time and moulding materials. The final design will be approved by you before the order goes into full production.


You will be asked to cover the cost of delivery for bespoke orders, depending on the volume of items purchased. These will be shipped via DPD Door-to-Door Next Day delivery. Hey Kiddo Co. will cover the insurance cost of the parcel.


If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your bespoke commission, please Contact Us immediately. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable. Depending on circumstances, alternatives can be discussed. 


We do not offer wholesale discounts as each piece is handcrafted in small batches. For larger orders, we price as low as we can depending on the complexity and budget of the project.
